Emma And Emma: A Tale of Two Movie Awards Trailblazers

This Sunday, as they have every year since 1992, the stars will come out for the 2013 MTV Movie Awards! And this Sunday, as we have every year since, uh, last year, we'll be bestowing a very special honor on a lovely young lady named "Emma." Emma Watson will be receiving this year's MTV Trailblazer Award in recognition of her creative, unique, wide-reaching contributions to the entertainment industryan honor that Emma Stone received last year. Which got us thinking: What else do these two lovely ladies have in common apart from a pretty name and a penchant for trailblazin'? WELL! How about...

They're both standout performers in guy-heavy casts.
Emma Watson's performance as Hermione Granger, particularly in the final three "Harry Potter" films, was so terrific that she nearly eclipsed the guy playing the titular character. And as for Emma Stone? Her charm, timing and perfect deadpan delivery made her the best thing in "Superbad."

They're two animated ladies.
Both Emmas are talented voice actors, in addition to their on-screen work. Emma Stone has been a neanderthal in "The Croods" and an Australian shepherd in "Marmaduke"; Emma Watson voiced the sweet Princess Pea in the family! film, "The Tale of Desperaux."

They're daring with their hair.
Emma Watson amazed everyone when she chopped her long locks into an ultra-short pixie, bringing on a wave of copycats. And Emma Stone's signature red tresses are spectacular, but they're not naturaland you've gotta love a girl who's not afraid to dye.

They've both fought the forces of evil.
Emma Watson battled Death Eaters galore in "Harry Potter," while Emma Stone capped dozens of the walking dead in "Zombieland."

And lastly...

They've both gotten to smooch some seriously desirable bachelors...and we're so super jealous we can hardly stand it.
Emma Stone has had the privilege of sucking face with Ryan Gosling not once, but twice, in TWO SEPARATE FILMS. So not fair! And Emma Watson locked lips with the adorable Logan Lerman in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," (a smooch that's earned them a Movie Awards nom) causing girls the world over to seethe with envy. (She can keep Ron Weasley, though.)

Will Jennifer Lawrence get her silver lining in the form of a Golden Popcorn? Which beefcake will sizzle in our brand-new Best Shirtless Performance category? It's up to you to decide the winners of the 2013 MTV Movie Awards! Vote now, and tune in Sunday, April 14 at 9 p.m. ET, as star Rebel Wilson takes the stage at the Sony Pictures Studios lot in Culver City, California.

What e! lse do our Emmas have in common?
