'Harry Potter' Actress Emma Watson Will Not Return To University
Emma Watson has postponed her return to Brown University in order to concentrate on her film career, sources have confirmed. But will the successful 'Harry Potter' actress ever decide to return to her studies?
Emma Watson's career has taken off over the last few months, with the actress set to appear in upcoming flicks 'The Perks Of being A Wallflower' and a modern adaptation of Noah's Ark, alongside 'Gladiator' star Russell Crowe.
So it makes sense that the 'My Week With Marilyn' actress is intending to return to Brown in January - four months later than originally planned.
Sources have even come forward to the Daily Mail which suggest that the girl formerly known as Hermione Granger may not return to university at all:
"Emma is taking another term off from Brown... Shes been inundated with film offers and has a number of movies coming up that shes promoting. She feels that she has to choose a new path."
There's no denying that Emma's successful break into the film industry has made her studies seem a little obsolete; after shooting to fame as Hermione Granger in the 'Harry Potter' films, the actress has found herself inundated with projects and looks to become one of the shooting stars of 2012 - 2013.
Brown University have confirmed that Emma Watson, who was famously subjected to bullying on campus, is on leave for the time being - but they have not yet revealed if she will return, or how she will make up her missed study time.
A spokesman for Emma Watson, however, assures fans that the starlet WILL return to the university in early 2013:
"Her plan is to resume her studies in January in order to complete her last semester before graduation. Brown! has been very flexible regarding her filming commitments."
