Tucci teams up with Emma Watson

Stanley Tucci could be mentoring Emma Watson in drama Your Voice In My Head.

The 51-year-old star - who can currently be seen as flamboyant host Caesar Flickerman in The Hunger Games - could be showing off his dramatic chops in David Yates' big-screen adaptation of Emma Forrest's memoir alongside the Harry Potter actress, reported Variety.

Emma is already on board as a suicidal teenager who turns to a terminally ill psychiatrist for help, with Stanley tipped to play the psychiatrist.

George Clooney and Tom Hanks had been linked to the role, but Harry Potter director David apparently chose to go with Stanley.

The film is still in early development and has yet to receive the green light.

Stanley, who received an Oscar nod for his performance in The Lovely Bones, next stars in Jack The Giant Killer alongside Nicholas Hoult and Ian McShane, and Gambit with Colin Firth and Cameron Diaz.
