Emma Watson grows out of 'Harry Potter' image for Lancome campaign [newKerala.com News # 137278] Home News RSS Feeds Photo Gallery Home > News > hollywood-news London, Dec 31 : Emma Watsons photographs for Lancome campaign show that she has left the days of Harry Potter far behind. The photographs, taken by Mario Testino, will be used to promote Rouge In Love, a new range of 24 lipstick colours to go on sale in February 2012. A behind-the-scenes film has been posted on YouTube showing the star posing for the legendary photographer on set. Concept drawings from a future Rouge In Love campaign were also leaked last week, giving a taste of things to come. She was signed by Lancome in a six-figure deal in March this year,

Remember when we declared Emma Watson's latest Lancome ads to be a bit forgettable and "blah"? Well turns out there was a reason: those weren't the real ads. They were prototypes for the real thing, which just dropped today. The campaign is for Rouge In Love, a new collection of lipsticks aimed at younger girls (e.g. Emma Watson). Sold in three different categories (basic nudes, sparkly white and silver, and gold-flecked bold tones), the lipsticks are meant to lure young women from ever-reliable glosses over to the real thing. If young women can figure out how to apply their lipstick as flawlessly as Emma, then the approach should work just fine. We just doubt whether any girl on her way to class -- balancing a notebook, a coffee and a iPhone and inevitably running late -- will be able to achieve Emma's perfect pout. By Monami Thakur | Dec 26, 2011 09:41 AM EDT The star of the recently concluded "Harry Potter" series of films, Emma Watson is now the new face of cosmetic giants Lancme's new make-up line. This follows the success of her role as ambassador for the brand's Tresor Midnight Rose fragrance. The range of lipsticks - Rouge in Live - is scheduled to be launched in February and will comprise 24 different shades. Watson, 21, known for her character - Hermione Granger - in the "Harry Potter" franchise, has grown, almost in front of the world's eyes, from a shy and young girl to an elegant fashionista; a fact evident by her being much in-demand with luxury and fashion brands across the world. In addition, she is also known for her glamorous red carpet appearances in couture gowns. It would, therefore, be hardly surprising
