Let's see what workouts are keeping Jennifer Aniston, Zooey Deschanel and Emma Watson in shape.

Jennifer Aniston

Aniston enjoys yoga at least three days a week, with sessions lasting as long as two hours. She does yoga for the purpose of toning her body and relieving stress. Two of Aniston's favorite poses are the butterfly pose and the one-arm balance.

In addition to yoga, Aniston performs a cardio workout. She uses an elliptical trainer or a treadmill, alternating between the two. Rather than exercising at a steady pace, Aniston opts for interval training. She will generally perform 22 minutes of her cardiovascular workout, and then she will move right into her yoga.

Aniston told the Daily Mirror, "It's simple. [I] run, work out every day. I do a lot of runningexercise is so important."

Zooey Deschanel

Mixing things up is key for Deschanel. She told Health Magazine that she enjoys biking, running and hiking. She also revealed that she took tap dancing lessons for six years and participated on a swim team in the seventh grade.

Physical activity helps Zooey relax, and she believes exercise is the No. 1 mood stabilizer.

For motivation, Deschanel looks to her friends. Together, her friends and her workout and keep each other motivated.

During her interview with Health Magazine, she said, "Healthy cupcakes ! are my t hing. It's called 'crazy cake,' because no eggs are needed-you use the protein in the flour to basically bind the cupcakes. It just has cocoa powder, baking soda, flour, a little bit of oil, and apple cider vinegar."

Emma Watson

Watson (Hermione Granger in the "Harry Potter" films) prefers an athletic appearance rather than a super-thin one.

When Emma was in school, she participated in hockey. She says, "Sports really make me feel good about myself."

Emma enjoys working out in the company of friends, and her exercise routine will often last for 90 minutes.

Bagels are one of Watson's favorite foods, and she makes sure to workout so she can enjoy them without worrying that they will go directly to her hips.
