Emma Watson new movie 'The Bling Ring' gets June release in the US
The Sofia Coppola-directed drama has been picked up by A24 and a June release date has been pencilled in. Release details for other countries including the UK are to be confirmed.
"Sofia Coppola is an iconic American filmmaker and she has focused her distinctive style and uncanny ability to capture the zeitgeist in The Bling Ring," read a statement from A24.
"We are thrilled to be working with her and look forward to bringing her undeniably fun and incredibly stylistic film to audiences nationwide."
The Bling Ring, which was also written by Coppola, is based on the true story of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, who stole over $3 million in property from celebrities including Orlando Bloom and Paris Hilton.
Hilton reportedly appears in the movie as herself in a cameo role.
Kirsten Dunst, Gavin Rossdale and Leslie Mann are also among the cast of The Bling Ring.
