Watson And Grint 'Highest-Earning Movie Couple'

Emma Watson and Rupert Grint have been revealed as the highest-earning on-screen movie couple of the past five years.

The Harry Potter stars, who play Hermione and Ron respectively, even surpassed Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the pay stakes.

The list, which was put together by Forbes and Box Office Mojo, listed on-screen couples and measured their performance by their movies' total takings.

Em and Rupe's movies have grossed a stonking $4.2bn over the last half-decade, while R-Pattz and K-Stew's films have pulled in $2.5bn.

Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox were in third position thanks to the first two Transformers flicks earning $1.5bn at the box office.

And Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow took fourth place thanks to the $1.2bn earned by the Iron Man movies.

Shia LaBeouf was back again in fifth, this time with Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley, because the third Transformers movie took $1.1bn at the box of! fice all by itself.
